Easy Mango Sorbet – Vitamin C rich recipe

Mango is fantastic nutritionally. Low in calories but high in many nutrients including vitamin C, beta carotene, zinc, folate, and fibre – all of which are beneficial to optimal health and fertility.

Ingredients:

500g Mango (peeled and cut into chunks)

2 tsp lemon juice
