Mr Rehan Salim is a consultant gynaecologist and subspecialist in reproductive medicine at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington. He graduated in medicine from St Andrew’s University & King’s College London, later completing subspecialty training in reproductive medicine at University College London Hospital. Following this, he was then appointed as consultant at UCLH where he led the Reproductive Medicine Unit, developing the NHS IVF service. Added to this, he also had a busy private practice in fertility and IVF at The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health. Owing to his extensive medical expertise, he was recruited by Johns Hopkins International in 2012 to set up and run the IVF centre at Corniche Hospital in Abu Dhabi, the largest women’s hospital in United Arab Emirates, which he did until his return to the UK to take up his appointment at St Mary’s. He has wide experience in IVF and provides a highly individualised approach to patients, tailor making protocols to achieve the highest pregnancy rates. An area of particular interest is patients who have had previous failed fertility treatment or who are considered poor responders to IVF treatment. Not only this, Mr Salim also has a special interest and extensive experience in reproductive surgery and is able to perform most surgical procedures via minimal access techniques (laparoscopy or hysteroscopy) including myomectomies and excision of endometriosis. He is highly experienced in all aspects of reproductive medicine and complicated cases. This includes endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, recurrent implantation failure, miscarriages, and low ovarian reserve, and various forms of fertility preservation. He has a special interest in gynecological/ surgical conditions that are related to fertility, this includes Hysteroscopic surgeries for Asherman’s syndrome/uterine adhesions and uterine septum and cavity fibroids as well as, laparoscopic surgeries for endometriosis, the release of adhesions, ovarian cysts, and hydrosalpinx. He is highly experienced in the management of uterine fibroids and performs surgeries for the removal of fibroids (myomectomy). He also performs other gynaecological procedures unrelated to fertility. He runs a separate gynaecological clinic at the Lister Hospital managing various general non-fertility related conditions. He contributes in the quality control management in the clinic and holds managerial roles helping to ensure a high standard of care to the patients. He is also one or the members of the Medical Advisory Committee MAC for the Lister Hospital. Mr. Faris believes that patient wellbeing is achieved through a comprehensive approach to health issues, using technical skills, scientific knowledge and human understanding. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano and guitar.

Mr Minhas is a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist at Imperial College, London. A recipient of the prestigious Karl Storz Telescope award, given to specialists who have made a significant and lasting contribution to British Urology. He is recognised internationally as a key opinion leader in his field, and has been consistently voted one of the top private doctors in the UK by Tatler magazine. Mr Minhas is a firm believer of evidenced based practice and specialises in treating problems affecting the male genitals and is one of the UK’s only dedicated andrological surgeons. In addition, he has published extensively on the subject (including a recent textbook on Male Sexual Dysfunction), chaired scientific meetings both nationally and internationally in the field of andrological surgery, and regularly receives invitations as an international speaker on the topic. Suks is also referee to a number of scientific journals and a member of international guideline committees, and is actively involved in the teaching and training of surgeons in the UK. He is a board member of the European Society of Andrological Urology (ESAU) and co-chair of the European Association of Urology guidelines on male sexual and reproductive health. He was chairman of the British Association of Urological Surgeons Section of Andrology and is currently a board member of the European Society of Andrological Surgery. Suks also works closely with The Lister Fertility Clinic one of the largest fertility centres in the UK who offer sperm freezing and storage services.

Dr Linda Farahani is a highly qualified and experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine who has gained experience in both the NHS and private sector. Dr Farahani worked for three years in the IVF unit at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where she managed subfertility, assisted conception, and reproductive health. She also has extensive experience in the management of recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome and premature ovarian insufficiency. Dr Farahani is dedicated to helping her patients with a compassionate and empathetic approach. In 2004, Dr Farahani obtained her primary medical degree from the Imperial College School of Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership; currently, Dr Farahani is pursuing an MD in Reproductive Medicine. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2016, achieving her CCT. She then spent 18 months working extensively in the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology scanning unit at King's College Hospital, gaining invaluable experience in gynaecological ultrasonography and management of early pregnancy. She is registered as a specialist with the General Medical Council (GMC). In addition to her wealth of knowledge and experience in clinical practice, Dr Farahani is passionate about research. With a strong belief in evidence-based medicine, she has been an active researcher in the field and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals. She is interested in research into recurrent pregnancy loss, the microbiome, and assisted conception. Dr Farahani is a member of the British Fertility Society and has presented her work at conferences.

Miss Monica Mittal is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and is accredited as a Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has been a consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust since 2018, at both St Mary’s Hospital and the Wolfson Fertility Centre, Hammersmith Hospital. She graduated from University College London with an intercalated BSc in Neuroscience involving laboratory-based research looking at pain receptors. She completed her subspecialist training from Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and was awarded a Medical Doctorate from King’s College London for research undertaken on micronised progesterone and synthetic progestogen and their impact on both cardiovascular and haemostatic biomarkers in women who had undergone early menopause. She continues to be actively involved in research looking at the effectiveness of treatment options with Assisted Reproductive Treatments using large datasets, with both publications in books and peer-reviewed journals. Her areas of interest include all aspects of the reproductive cycle, in vitro fertilisation, fertility preservation, recurrent miscarriage and menopause.
