About Fertility Coaching

Fertility treatment can be a complicated process with many ups and downs, so speaking with a Fertility Coach like Vicky gives you the opportunity to discuss any emotional difficulties, fears and anxieties that you may experience during your journey towards becoming parents.

Fertility coaching also gives you the opportunity to focus exclusively on yourself, in a safe and confidential environment. 

Vicky will discuss your background and fertility history with you, and help you understand your own body better. Together, you can discuss your lifestyle and create a bespoke plan if you need to make any adjustments to help you take control of your mind and body.

You can work through anxieties and emotions that could be negatively affecting your life and try to restore balance, so you can regain confidence and increase your wellbeing. Vicky can help prepare you and your body for IVF so you’re giving it the absolute best chance of working.

You can discuss any hardships you’ve had when going through previous IVF cycles and work out your next steps. Together.

Freedom Fertility Formula:

  • This program is for to those who are about to embark on a fertility journey, in the process of a diagnosis or are between treatments. Offering a program that meets your needs so that you have the tools and techniques to navigate this journey with more ease, confidence and support.
  • Learning how to support yourself through overwhelming feelings and remain in control whilst navigating the path to parenthood.

The 2WW program

  • Designed to support you through the two week wait. Whether you’re tracking cycles and doing things unassisted or whether you are going through IVF or IUI or any other type of treatment, this 2WW program will ensure you go from a place of anxiously waiting, feeling fear and worry, to a place of feeling calm and confident, using support, mind/body techniques and strategies to help you shift the balance back to where you want and need it to be.
