Eloise Drane founded Family Inceptions in 2008 to bridge the gap in gestational surrogacy and egg donation space with ethical, transparent and safe practices. As a six-time egg donor and three-time gestational surrogate, Eloise felt called to help more intended parents start their families, assist other surrogates make an impact in the world, and ensure that young women donating their eggs have an informed and empowered experience. Eloise has her BA from DeVry University and MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has high standards for her team, as well as the clinic, legal and other professionals she partners with. Eloise has built the Family Inceptions’ program around legal and clinical best practices, informed empowerment, safety, and the desire to create a shared, enriching experience for all involved parties.

As Director of Legal Services, Chelsea Caldwell oversees the legal considerations of Family Inceptions’ program and serves as attorney to Intended Parents. She enjoys meeting with Intended Parents and is dedicated to securing the parental rights of her clients. Chelsea received a B.S. in Biology with academic honors from Lyon College, followed by two years of medical school. Chelsea earned a Juris Doctorate with academic honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She is published in both The University of Memphis Law Review and the Florida International University Law Review on the topic of assisted reproduction. Chelsea is part of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee; and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s Legal Professionals Group. She is also an active advocate with Tennessee Fertility Advocates, a member of SEEDS: Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy, and a member of various bar associations. Chelsea is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and young twin children. “My goal is for each hopeful parent to one day hold their child in their arms without the stress or concern of legal complication. Helping my clients navigate the legal process of assisted reproduction and securing their parental rights is my utmost priority, and I am incredibly honored to get to be a part of their family building journey.”

Jennifer was born and raised on Long Island, New York and is a New Yorker for life. She has her Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Farmingdale State College. It took Jen and her husband over 15 years to have their two young daughters. Due to her own challenges, Jen feels a deep commitment to helping guide other hopeful parents through the gauntlet of infertility and family-building. In her free time, Jen enjoys baking with her family and cake decorating. Jen is available during day and evening hours to speak with hopeful parents interested in surrogacy and/or egg donation. “My children are my biggest accomplishment. Third-party reproduction is deeply personal to me, and it is an honor to help others as I would have appreciated being helped when I was going through the process.”

April is a passionate and truly devoted surrogate support coordinator. She prides herself on offering a “personal assistant” level of service to the busy moms she works with. She has a Bachelor of Social Work from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and is a Certified Forensic Investigator, Certified Adoption Investigator, Certified Guardian ad Litem, and has multiple social work licenses in various states. April has been married for over twenty years and has three teenage children. She is originally from Indiana, and now lives in Charleston, SC since 2000, having discovered that she sincerely prefers hurricane season to any mention of snow. April enjoys reading and true crime TV shows. She is a PTA Volunteer and assists with her local foster care department’s independent living teenagers program. “I love what I do! This is not a job, it is my passion. I have been working in modern family building since the beginning of my career in 2000. My favorite thing to do is build families. However that looks to you – foster care, surrogacy, biologically – great! Let’s work on that!”

Jessi has her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from Valdosta State University. She is a licensed social worker in the state of Georgia, where she is a lifelong resident. Jessi is a diehard fan of the Falcons, Braves, and Dawgs, which means she’s either loyal to a fault, or incurably foolish. Jessi is married and is the mother of two boys. She is active in her children’s schools and also volunteers with a local hospice, a developmental disability center, and various community outreaches when she is able. She is a two-time gestational surrogate and remains close with the family she has helped. “I am passionate about kindness. I may not be able to easily change the world, but I try to change someone’s day as often as I can. Professionally, I am passionate about being there for the surrogates I work with. I never want them to feel like a name on a checklist or a number in a file. I’m here and will listen. My goal is for every one of them to end their surrogacy journey with no regrets and nothing but joy.”

Tami is originally from California and currently lives in Georgia. Tami received a BA in Sociology w/concentration in Social Work from Oglethorpe University and a Masters in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. She a certified Life Coach, enjoys being a Spanish translator in random circumstances (happens a lot!) and a true social worker by heart. Tami has experience working with various populations such as domestic violence & sexual assault survivors, hospice, counseling, undocumented and homeless individuals & families. In her spare time, Tami conducts clothing drives to serve detained undocumented individuals and donates to various organizations that serves many populations throughout Georgia. Tami is married, enjoys yoga and long walks in the park with her husband “I enjoy being a positive light to show others that being down is only temporary. I truly believe if you have optimism and kindness, you can achieve all things that you want in life. If you put positive energy out in the atmosphere it can’t do anything but come right back to you. Egg donors and surrogates bring so much joy and positive light to those who may not been optimistic about having children. I am ecstatic and empowered to be a part of Family Inceptions, to see others give joy, positive light, and optimism to those who want to have children.

Glynna is a registered nurse and holds a Master’s of Science in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University. She is a certified childbirth educator, certified birth doula, and member of DONA International. She is a two-time gestational surrogate and has worked in Women’s Health for over 12 years. Her wide-range of experience in the field includes time spent as an L & D nurse, a clinical educator in college nursing programs, a health and wellness instructor for hospital health and wellness programs, and a fertility clinic IVF Coordinator. Glynna is married with 4 grown children and 2 grandsons. She is also a dog mom to a sassy French bulldog named Wilbur. She is from Upstate NY but now enjoys the full-time sunshine in North Carolina. Glynna loves to work out and lift weights. She also enjoys outdoor activities, kayaking and staying active. “I am here to not only oversee the enforcement of medical standards but to act as a truly invested partner and advocate for our intended parents. Their concerns, considerations and success are personal to me, and I so enjoy bringing the entirety of my experience and education to the benefit of their journey.”
