This shot should not only help prevent cravings for snacks in the morning, but it will also ensure that your body receives the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients it needs. This shot will help to stabilise sugar levels, which is vital for hormones and fertility, particularly for those with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Raspberries – all types of berries help to support fertility, but raspberries in particular have been linked to protecting sperm from oxidative stress. Raspberries contain a high level of Vitamin C which is a key antioxidant when it comes to male and female fertility, helping to protect sperm and egg DNA. It has also been linked to helping prevent agglutination and improve sperm quality and motility. They also contain magnesium, which is involved in balancing hormones in women and in the production of testosterone helping to support male fertility- great for mood too!
Avocados – are amazing and are packed with more than 18 nutrients- including vitamin E, are a good source of healthy monounsaturated fats and contain a small amount of carbohydrate so great for helping balance sugar levels.
