Description

This at-home nutrition check is recommended for people looking for a general nutrition overview, as well as people following a plant-based, restricted, or special diet. (If you eat a plant-based diet, you may be more prone to vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiencies.)

This test is for you if:

  • you want to check your vitamin and mineral levels.
  • you eat a plant-based, restrictive, or special diet and want to make sure you’re not missing out on essential vitamins and minerals.
  • you want to investigate whether an iron or vitamin deficiency is causing low energy.
  • Keep an eye on your cholesterol and inflammation levels.

Our home Nutrition Blood Test also includes a full cholesterol profile, with a breakdown of LDL (bad) and HDL (good) cholesterol, as well as a marker for inflammation (CRP-hs). These markers are useful as your diet can influence them.

Please remember though, these tests are not a substitute for seeing your doctor. Our doctors will interpret your results based on the information you have provided, but will not diagnose, consult or provide any treatment. You will be advised to see your doctor for any necessary follow-up action.
