Connect with your nutritional expert  via zoom or phone call. Here, your nutritionist will help you decide on your personal goals, learn more about where you are emotionally and physically on your journey, and talk through some of the nutritional plans that would be good fo you going forwards.

Description

Nutrition really does play an important role when laying down the foundations for fertility, fertility treatment, a healthy pregnancy and baby. It can also be a key factor when managing the symptoms of the menopause and for boosting your wellbeing.

A nutritionist will listen to your needs, help you with the relevant tests needed to understand what your body may be lacking, then put together a bespoke and comprehensive nutritional plan.

How it works

Connect with your nutritional expert  via zoom or phone call. This is an initial nutritional therapy consultation with follow up consultations £75 (up to 40 mins)

Includes an in-depth nutritional therapy analysis and a 45 minute consultation with comprehensive nutritional therapy recommendations provided.

Functional testing and supplements available at an additional cost if deemed necessary.

Your session can take place on Zoom calls or WhatsApp.

About Your Expert

Sue Bedford, MSc (Nut Th), BSc (Hons), PGCE, mBANT, CNHC is a Nutritional Therapist, with a special interest in Fertility, General Health, Well-Being and Weight Loss

She gained her MSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2012 (her thesis explored nutrition and fertility in depth) and has worked with a variety of clients ever since.

Sue is qualified to offer Nutrigenetic testing, an exciting new area of Nutrition, which offers a personalised analysis of an individuals’ Nutritional needs. Sue also has up to date training on nutrition and the menopause.

She has written numerous nutrition articles for ivfbabble.com. along with  a preconception charity and fertility clinic over the last few years.
