Description

If you are looking for a general health MOT, this is the test for you.

This easy home finger-prick blood covers so much, including your testosterone levels, liver and kidney function and cholesterol.

By looking at your liver and kidney function, along with your cholesterol status, this test can identify related risk factors which may be caused by eating or drinking too much. That’s important because having high cholesterol can cause fatty deposits to build up in your arteries over time, which raises your risk of cardiovascular disease. Your liver is one of your body’s most important organs and has many functions including breaking down food and converting it to energy, getting rid of waste and toxins and manufacturing and regulating some hormones, and your kidneys are also responsible for filtering waste products from your body.

Or are you about to start fertility investigations and your doctor has recommended hormone tests?

From the results, you can proactively make informed lifestyle choices to track how diet and nutrition changes affect your overall health.

This test is for you if:

  • you want to find out if you have signs of liver inflammation
  • you want to optimise your diet and nutrition to support your health
  • you want to see if you have a healthy level of testosterone for your age
  • you want to check your cholesterol status, which is a risk factor of cardiovascular disease

Please remember though, these tests are not a substitute for seeing your doctor. Our doctors will interpret your results based on the information you have provided, but will not diagnose, consult or provide any treatment. You will be advised to see your doctor for any necessary follow-up action.
